Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Miraya Fragrances. We are committed to ensuring your signature scent reaches you in perfect condition and in a timely manner.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a new launch or exhibition), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5–8 business days.
Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders above Rs. 999.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Packaging & Handling

As our fragrances are housed in premium glass bottles, we take extra care in our packaging. Every bottle is secured in shock-absorbent materials to ensure it arrives at your doorstep leak-proof and intact.

5. Domestic Shipping Only (Currently)

At this time, Miraya Fragrances ships to all pin codes within India. We do not offer international shipping via the website at this stage, but you may contact us for special requests.

6. Damages & Issues

Miraya Fragrances is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the shipment.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of fragrances, we generally do not accept returns once the seal is broken. However, if there is a technical defect (e.g., a faulty spray mechanism), please reach out to us at +91 8100334877 for a replacement.
